Sea Grill Presents Lobsterpalooza 2008
Northeast-Meets-Northwest with Annual Lobster Celebration Throughout November
The days are getting shorter, the mercury is dropping and the leaves are turning the vibrant shade of freshly boiled lobster. That can only mean one thing: it’s time for Lobsterpalooza at Sea Grill.

For the entire month of November, we will feature an innovative, irresistible list of menu items that spotlight this cherished delicacy. With a total of 1,500 pounds of fresh lobster procured, this fourth annual, world-class crustacean celebration promises to satisfy the most discerning lobster fan.

Executive Chef Matt Brandsey’s lobster menu includes:

Lighter Fare
Spicy Lobster Bisque, $6. /10.
Lobster and Grilled Flat Bread—
baby arugula, Saint-André cheese, fennel, saffron, with citrus aioli, $14.
Grilled Romaine and Lobster Salad—
dijon-miso vinaigrette, shaved parmesan, croutons, $12.

Entrées
Butter Poached Lobster—
mascarpone risotto, black truffles, haricots verts, $32.
Lobster Linguine—
fresh tomatoes, basil, peppers, tossed in a white wine and lemon butter sauce, $30.
Whole Maine Lobster—
served steamed with drawn butter and lemon,
or Masala style, with a green tea and ginger cream, $45.
